INGREDIENTS:
- 150g Unsweetened Desiccated coconut
- 50g Coconut Flour
- 1 serving Promax Vanilla
- 50g Melted Coconut Oil
- 50ml Coconut Milk
- 100g Dark Chocolate
- 50g White Chocolate
METHOD:
- In a large bowl mix the desiccated coconut, coconut flour and Promax vanilla together
- Then add the melted coconut oil and coconut milk. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together
- Transfer the mixture from the bowl to a lined tray and spread out evenly, chill in the fridge until set
- Break the dark chocolate into small chunks and melt
- Pour the chocolate onto the coconut base that was left to chill
- Then melt the white chocolate and swirl into the dark chocolate topping
- Chill until the chocolate sets, then slice into 6 squares
- Enjoy!
