Since the London 2012 Olympics, we have noticed a massive increase in interest in what we are doing, with more media coverage in the sport and more people trying triathlon for the first time. Most people take part as a personal challenge, then find they get hooked as they constantly want to beat their PBs. The first triathlon that we both completed as young lads was a sprint distance.
