Ingredients:
- 200g dark or milk chocolate
- 80g corn flake cereal
- 40g MaxiNutrition MaxWhey Chocolate Protein
- 30g butter
- Mini eggs
- MaxiNutrition Protein Bar of choice
Method:
- Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave.
- Once melted, add the cereal and protein powder and give it a good mix, until combined.
- Separate the mixture into 8 cupcake cases.
- Chop up the protein bar into 8 equal parts and top the cornflake cakes.
- Add the mini eggs then refrigerate for a few hours.
