GINGERBREAD POTS
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 60g oat ginger biscuits, ground to a powder
- 1/2 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: 1 MaxiNutrition protein bar, ground to a powder
For the mousse:
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- 1 package organic silken tofu (drain away the water)
- 2 tbsp MaxConcentrate Chocolate Protein Powder
- Maple syrup, to taste (we used 2.5 tbsp)
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Stir together the ground biscuits with butter and protein bar, if using.
- Spoon into the base of two small jars.
- Blend together melted chocolate with the tofu, protein, maple syrup, salt and vanilla.
- Add into the jars, then chill overnight.
- Decorate, then enjoy!
