Iced Caramel & Vanilla Protein Latte, perfect post workout – if you fancy something a little different to a shake!

Ingredients List
- 250ml milk of choice
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 scoop vanilla Promax
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp calorie and sugar-free caramel syrup (optional)
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Handful crushed ice
Method:
- In a high-powered blender, mix together the almond milk, espresso, vanilla protein, coconut oil, vanilla extract and crushed ice.
- Pour into a glass and drizzle over the caramel syrup, if using.
- Serve and enjoy.
