Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup oats
- One serving MaxIsolate protein powder in vanilla or coconut
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (plus more, if desired - can also use 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup yoghurt)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Juice half lemon, or to taste
- Zest one lemon
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tsp maple syrup, to taste
- Optional, for serving: sugar free blueberry jam
Method:
- Mix together all ingredients. Store in fridge overnight, then add more milk if desired for a creamier or thinner texture. Layer with jam if using, then enjoy!
