This is an easy pancake recipe that only takes 6 ingredients to make! These basic pancakes are simple and come out light and fluffy! You can finish them off with blueberries, bananas, honey or any of your favourite toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Maximuscle Promax or Promax Lean
- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1/3 cup Almond milk
- 1/8 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp sweetener
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender, except the coconut oil
- Add the coconut oil to a non stick pan, once melted pour in your pancake mixture
- Flip when bubbles appear on the surface to cook the other side
- Plate up and top with honey, chopped banana and coconut flakes (optional)
