Ingredients:
- 4 heaped tbsp pumpkin puree
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp milk of choice
- 3 tbsp yoghurt of choice
- 3 tbsp MaxWhey Vanilla
- 1/2-1 tsp pumpkin spice (or to taste)
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
- To serve: 4 tbsp yoghurt
Method:
Mix together all ingredients. Leave for five minutes, then stir again and allow to thicken (for an hour or overnight). Add more milk or yoghurt if desired (add to your desired consistency), then spoon into a small jar, top with yoghurt and enjoy!
With fat free greek yoghurt and cashew milk:
