Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 60g MaxiNutrition MaxWhey (vanilla or chocolate work well)
- 1/2 cup strong coffee/espresso
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (we used cashew)
- 1/2 cup yoghurt of choice (we used 0% Greek)
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
For the yoghurt topping:
- 1 cup 0% Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- cocoa powder to dust
